Taxi Drivers Good Judges of Character, reject Human Rights Commissioner

I think these taxi drivers deserve a fuckin' medal for rejecting the new Federal Human Rights Commissioner and his dog.
Innes has been involved in helping cover up human rights abuses at HealthQuest, the corrupt government medical office in Sydney, for years. He has continually made findings against complainants in various courts and tribunals. In one case he found against a teacher who had been wrongfully certified 'insane' with 'dementia' when she complained about the assault of children by another teacher. In another case he rejected a community service worker's complaint, who complained that disabled people in his care had been assaulted by another carer and as a result he, the non-abusive worker, had been sent to HealthQuest and certified as mentally unfit to continue, in order for the government to cover up the abuse that was going on. How is he going to be Federal Human Rights Commissioner when he can't see the human rights abuses happening in his own state - the Soviet style psychiatry? How can he be Federal Human Rights Commissioner when he's spent years covering for the N.S.W. government and enabling HealthQuest to continue certifying dissidents insane? I think the dog would do a better job. All power to the taxi drivers. Well done. Blind commissioner refused taxi May 21, 2006 TWO taxi drivers in Perth faced fines for discrimination after refusing to pick up federal human rights commissioner Graeme Innes, who is blind. Mr Innes said he and his guide dog had been twice turned away by Perth taxi drivers in recent days and had asked state transport authorities to investigate. "It's disappointing that two such incidents occur in two days ... as well as being against the law it's unacceptable," Mr Innes said today. He says the first incident happened on Friday afternoon when a driver in the city centre told him that it was "too much trouble," to give him a ride. "He in fact tried to drive off while I still had my head in the window of the cab," Mr Innes said. The second incident occurred yesterday in the northern Perth suburb of Tuart Hill. "The guy who turned up said he was allergic to dogs and wouldn't take me," Mr Innes said. (I'M ALLERGIC TO A FEDERAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSIONER WHO'S KNOWINGLY SUPPORTED CORRUPT BEHAVIOUR OF GOVERNMENT PSYCHIATRISTS, INNES - Bob) "It's not a huge issue for me, I got another taxi on both occasions but it's disappointing that other people with less profile than I ... have to put up with this sort of behaviour. "And it's not a problem with the taxi companies, as soon as I contacted them they were very concerned and acted promptly to address it," he said. "I think it's just an education issue for cab drivers generally and the general public ... (they have to know that) guide dogs and assistance animals are part of our community." The state Department of Planning and Infrastructure, which regulates taxis in Western Australia, said complaints such as Mr Innes' were unusual. "This is a specific part of the taxi driver training so drivers are fully aware of it," passenger services general manager Peter Ryan said today.But he said Mr Innes' experience was disappointing."For people who live with vision disabilities life is hard enough anyway," he said. The department says the relevant fine under the WA Taxi Act is $300 but it could increase to $1000 if the drivers contest the complaint in the courts.

$1000 fine eh? How much should Innes be fined for being an enabler of HEALTHQUEST SOVIET PSYCHIATRY in N.S.W.? How much should we fine him for protecting the government against those who went into various tribunals seeking justice? How much should Innes be fined for causing a single mother and her two children to lose their home due to costs in their case? How much should Innes lose for enabling others to lose their right to work and support their families? What is the cost of CORRUPTION?

Head stuck in window

Pity the taxi driver didn't shut the bloody window and drive off.
Innes wouldn't be blind then and he might see the corruption under his own nose in N.S.W.

Oh, but he'd be dead, wouldn't he. Well maybe the dog would see what's going on at HealthQuest and give a woof or two in protest.

Yes, if self-respecting taxi drivers can be fined for their good judgement of character - the people Blind Injustice Innes has cheated deserve a very good settlment. I have watched him in the Administrative Decisions Tribunal. The whole charade called juctise is a disgrace.

Maybe his dog will get real and one day raise its leg and aim straight!!!!

Unfortunately the idea of justice to whistleblowers runs contrary to the idea of sucking up to please the attorney-general and premier, under whose benevolence 'suitable' (to the govt)judges are appointed and promoted, and Crown Solicitors operate.

As the Crown Solicitors' Office and their barristers solicitors, queen's councels, SC's etc, together with the judges are what whistleblowers who report government corruption are up against, it forms a sorry sight indeed.

I too have spent time sitting in our courts in a forlorn effort to prevail on our pathetic judiciary members to administer a hint of justice
waiting... waiting... waiting...

It seems that the failed judges/justices have brought the courts into massive, stinking, disrepute.
Is now openly discussed and publicised in activist media, but not the paid media.

An illustration of the lengths to which (in)justice delivery has sunk is this: In the whistleblower case of Val Kerrison against TAFE the NSW judges and crown solicitors teams loudly proclaimed that a forced medical retirement against her is ok and legal. Of course human rights decree that any forced detriment such as forced retirement (sacking) on the grounds set out in the Anti-Discrimination Act is illegal; e.g. forced age retirement, forced marriage retirement, forced medical retirement, etc. To comply with AntiDiscrimination law any employment detriment has to be based solely on a finding of failure to carry out a/some duties as set out in the employee's Statement of Duties.

But the judges and crown solicitors and TAFE legal teams bellowed - "retire Kerrison", even though she was capably working (teaching computing and business topics in Kempsey TAFE), and has been capably teaching and working throughout.

The apparently complicant AntiDiscrimination Board president Stepan KERKYASHARIAN, maybe in an effort to be appointed judges too, claims he too is unable to see any problem with this circus.

TAFE tried to prop up this amazing retirement with a fake "Retirement Certificate" written by NSW medical office psychiatrists - who, as everyone knows, do not have the power to retire anyone else. When this failed the first time in June 1995, they tried again in 1996, on and on, and in 1998 simply changed Val's employment status on the computer and backdated it a FEW YEARS!!

This is the type of thing that Innes, as a judge in the ADT was obliged to judge and proclaim against -- I have never seen the ADT bestow any justice whatsoever on a truth-sayer/whistleblower against the govt.

It is so bad that the general public are now putting together the evidence and pronouncing judgements by the people. See our Current Actions section

Man's justice gave us: women not allowed to vote. women persecuted for getting pregnant without a husband, women as mens chattles, 'bare-foot and pregnant' the ideal state of submissiveness, women paid less than men doing the same job, women forbidden to be bank tellers and many other jobs. And sack women when they get pregnant.

i have seen and experienced most of these.
